‘American Vandal’ Creators Tease Season 2 Details and Share Their Favorite Fan Theories
After “Who drew the dicks?” became one of the most intriguing TV mysteries of the fall, “American Vandal” is ready to ask a totally different question in Season 2.

Speaking at the Vulture Festival in Hollywood on Sunday night, series co-creators Tony Yacenda and Dan Perrault and showrunner Dan Lagana reflected on the success of the show’s first season and dropped some hints about Season 2.

In true mystery series fashion, they didn’t reveal too much of what’s to come in the show’s second season, but they did confirm some extra details related to the most recent teaser.

Jeffrey Tambor will not be returning to “Transparent,” reports Deadline. The news follows two different accusations of sexual harassment against the actor, who’s won a host of awards — including two Emmys, a Golden Globe, and a SAG Award — for his performance as Maura Pfefferman on the acclaimed Amazon drama.

“Playing Maura Pfefferman on Transparent has been one of the greatest privileges and creative experiences of my life,” Tambor told Deadline today. “What has become clear over the past weeks, however, is that this is no longer the job I signed up for four years ago.”

“I’ve already made clear my deep regret if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone as being aggressive, but the idea that I would deliberately harass anyone is simply and utterly untrue.

The gang from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” took part in a panel discussion at the Vulture Festival in Los Angeles Sunday afternoon, but they’re keeping a tight lid on what’s coming for Season 13.

Though early in the discussion, co-creator Rob McElhenney said they were preparing to start up the writers’ room again, but would not say whether Glenn Howerton will be returning for the 2018 season.

“We’re getting back to the writers’ room in February [2018],” McElhenney said. Later in the discussion, he said production is slated to start in April and the release date would be in the fall of 2018.

ABC’s coverage of the American Music Awards on Sunday drew 9.1 million total viewers and a 2.4 demo rating, adding 10 percent more eyeballs versus a year ago while holding steady in the demo.

A second woman has accused Senator Al Franken of groping, CNN has reported. According to Lindsay Menz, the unwanted touching occurred while the two were posing for a photo at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.
