Sex & Nudity: 10/10

This movie contains a very explicit sexual nature.

Several very graphic scenes of rape.

There are many scenes involving both male and female genitals.

A man rapes a woman with a penis-shaped stone (both the rape and blood are shown). Then he takes a sharp, spiked ball and shoves it in and out of her vagina.

One of the main characters 'Faye' is shown nude at several different points of the film.

There are many scenes of tribal nudity from men, woman and children. This is all non-sexual.

A man baths with naked woman. However this is in a non-sexual way.

There is also a very strong sex scene.

Violence & Gore: 10/10

There are several scenes of live animals being killed for either food or due to them being viewed as a threat. These are real animals and were actually killed in the making of the film.

A rat is cut apart, it screams.

A turtle has its shells torn off, and its organs eaten.

A monkey has its face cut off and its brains eaten.

A snake is cut in two.

A spider is cut apart.

A pregnant woman has her baby removed from her womb, thrown to the ground and buried. She then is stoned.

A corpse is pulled apart and eaten.

A skeleton is found covered in bugs.

A woman is raped with a stone dildo, has a spiked ball forced inside her vagina and has her head smashed in.

A native girl is raped three times.

A woman is raped on a riverbank.

A man falls out of a tree.

People are taken prisoner and tortured.

A man's genitals are dismembered.

Many people are shot to death.

Several natives are shot.

A woman is raped three times, beaten and beheaded.

A man has his leg cut off, but he dies and is buried.

A man impaled, castrated, cut apart and eaten.

A woman is found burned.

A village of people are forced into huts, which are burnt down.

Profanity: 7/10

Uses of strong language at many points in the movie. 'Fuck' is used as well as some sexual dialog and hand gestures are displayed directly to the camera at several points.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: 8/10

There are several uses of marijuana and cocaine at the start of the movie.

Professor Monroe smokes a pipe throughout.

A soldier at the start is seen drinking beer.

At the start one of the main characters seems 'high' for a short period of time.

Near the start a cannibal is forced to use cocaine.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: 10/10

This movie is extremely disturbing throughout. Many onscreen scenes of rape and cannibalism.

This is definitely the most disturbing and horrific movie I have ever seen.

I doubt I'll ever give nearly as high a rating for a movie ever again but this definitely deserves it. A great movie, but horrific and disturbing throughout.
