You can when you believe

Before I write anything, I would assume that most of the votes and ratings come from Chinese audience which are quite likely to be the same group of people that has been brain-washed by their contemporary Japanese comic products. So as the consequence of that, Chinese reviews could be over- optimistic and self-condemned at the same time.

The thing is, Chinese reviews are remotely swayed between two extremes- --- it is either a harsh criticism or a fan crush. Unfortunately, it's never rational. The main reason of that could be Chinese comic and animation industry are constantly oppressed by Japan which has dominated Asian market for decades.Thus. whenever Chinese people have an original animation of their own, it will always end up being compared with a Japanese one, meanwhile the reviews and statistics from local market are most likely to be "not good enough". Apparently, It's a slow but powerful progress of diminishing the confidence and creation of Chinese local animation industry, as it will finally strangle the sprout even before it takes the first breath.

If you take an in-depth tour right into the Chinese animation field, you would probably find a land with full house of people that has been colonized and enslaved for so long that they can't even speak their mother tongue. It might not be an exact analogy but the truth is that Chinese animation workers are trying so hard to shed the light which has been shining above their head for so long because they absolutely need a private space to clear their mind then stop the stupid imitation game ASAP. It's rather a question of "what they want to make" much more than "what they are supposed to make"

I was kind of hoping those hard-core animation fans in china would adjust their position after being drowning in Japanese comics for so long. Because they are actually supposed to be the people who can really give some constructive ideas and feedback to reverse the imbalanced situation that china has currently facing. There is scarcely pride or superiority in copycatting Japan's mode, the only way out is to start your own business and be firm about it.

After all, this piece of work deserves more applausive affirmation than biased bashing lashed out by JA sycophant.
