Storyline

While on patrol, Lindsay and Halstead go to a reported shooting. They find an entire family killed. One of the children, a girl is still alive. She is brought to the hospital. The team learns that the father got involved with a self-help group that they think employs a pyramid scheme, They learn that another member the father recruited is not happy with them. But when they clear him, they look at their neighbors because they have gun like the one that was used to kill them. Roman awaits the results of his medical examination that will determine if he's fit for duty. Burgess is told that if and when Roman returns she will assigned a new partner as will he. Lindsay awaits to see when she can talk to the girl but when she lashes out the doctors sedate her making it impossible to talk to her. Written by rcs0411@yahoo.com
