Storyline

When a big time drug dealer from Compton by the name of Nino Scar finds him self in the cross-hairs of his main distributor Nitty after a robbery gone wrong, he is captured and tortured for weeks and locked in a U Hall truck. This traumatic experiences rekindles psychotic experiences from his childhood and after he escapes from bondage he turns into a psychotic serial killer and start his rampage of revenge.
